UC Exchange membership is offered at two levels:
Directory Membership - gives member organizations a FREE entry in the UC Exchange Members Directory, access to the UC Exchange Management Portal and the ability to provision UC domains. In addition, Directory Members are able to search the UC Exchange Members Directory for 'federation ready' partners, can accept inbound federation requests, and get access to basic usage reports. Finally, to increase the value of this membership plan further, federation with Gmail users is provided free.

Community Membership - gives member organizations the same benefits of Directory Membership, plus subscription to UC Federation Services, Directory Services, Social Media Federation (Yammer, Twitter, and Chatter), Skype Federation and XMPP Group Chat Federation. In addition, Community Members can search the Members Directory and make outbound federation requests to business partners, plus benefit from guaranteed service levels and support.
Annual subscriptions for Community Membership are based on user and domain counts, plus the individual features required.
